My employer is in Virginia Beach, VA but I will be living in California. What financial implications are ther?
We will be relocating to California next year. I currently work at home for my current employer and would like to continue to work at home in California. My employer is based in Virginia Beach, VA. I've been told that they must pay $10,000 annually and set up a trust fund bank account. I'd like to know if this is correct or what the actual requirements are.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. $10,000 account for what? Trust fund bank account for what purpose? You can work anywhere for anyone as long as they authorize it.
