Looking for a career in Virginia Beach, VA?
Hello all. I relocated to Virginia Beach, VA about two years ago and I have held a few temp jobs since then. Prior to that I worked at a large insurance company up north. I am wondering where young professionals work in the area. I have been somewhat surprised by the lack of career type positions here. Most jobs I have come across are just that, J-O-B-S. I have a bachelors degree with a major in Spanish. I have several years of experience handling insurance claims. What companies do young professionals work at in Virginia Beach? What clubs or groups should I join that would allow me to meet other young professionals?

geico has a main office in virginia beach that i am sure you could start a good career at since you have a degree and insurance experience and you know spanish.
